Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about NEXAM's booking platform
NEXAM is a platform that connects artistic projects with event organizers. We centralize discovery, contact, and booking so the entire process is clear, organized, and easy to manage.
No. NEXAM does not represent projects nor act on behalf of artists.
Each artist or manager maintains full control over their project: they decide which proposals to respond to, under what conditions they work, and with whom they close each performance.
We review each project before it becomes part of the catalog.
We ensure it is an active, clear, and well-presented proposal, with the necessary information to be understood and booked within the platform. This criterion allows us to offer an organized and reliable environment for both artists and organizers.
Yes. Being part of NEXAM does not imply exclusivity.
You can continue managing your project through your usual channels and use NEXAM as an additional space to generate opportunities and centralize part of your activity.
Artistic projects with a defined and well-presented proposal.
At NEXAM, diverse formats fit—music, shows, entertainment, and artistic services—as long as they are prepared to adapt to different contexts and audiences.
It is not essential to have worked on major stages or have a very long career.
The most important thing is to have a clear, well-defined project presented with sufficient information so an organizer can understand what you offer and in what type of context it fits.
The profile is the space where you present your project to potential organizers.
It includes information about the format, type of performance, photos, videos, and all necessary details so whoever contacts you can quickly understand your proposal before writing to you.
Organizers see the public information on your profile: project description, visual materials, format type, general conditions, and any relevant data to assess whether you fit their event.
This allows contacts to be more accurate from the very beginning.
A clear and well-crafted profile makes a difference.
Having good images, representative videos, and an understandable description helps build trust and receive requests that better match your project.
Yes. You can edit and update your profile whenever you need to.
This allows you to keep your profile up to date, adapt it to new formats, or update materials as your project evolves.
Requests arrive directly in your space within the platform.
Each proposal includes key event information—type of event, date, location, and context—so you can assess whether it fits your project before responding.
Yes. Contact with the organizer is direct from the very beginning.
You can talk with them, clarify doubts, specify details, and finish assessing whether the performance fits your project before making any decision.
Yes. You can accept or reject any proposal freely.
You have no obligation to accept all requests you receive: you decide which performances fit your project, your schedule, and your conditions.
From your space, you can manage all your activity related to the platform.
You have access to performance requests, conversations with organizers, information about each gig, and associated documentation, all centralized in one place.
Each proposal has a clear status within your panel.
This allows you to know at any time whether a request is pending, in conversation, or already confirmed, and to have a clear view of your calendar and confirmed performances.
Requests and performances are organized in a structured way within your space.
You can easily consult active proposals, confirmed performances, and associated information for each, without having to search through scattered emails or messages.
Yes. The panel allows managing more than one project or artist from a single account.
This facilitates the work of managers or those responsible for multiple projects, who can have all activity centralized and organized.
Yes. All conversations with organizers are managed within the platform.
This allows having the complete context of each proposal and consulting the history whenever needed.
Yes. At NEXAM, we prepare and centralize the roadmap for each performance.
This document collects all key information—date, schedules, location, contacts, agreed conditions, and technical needs—so everything is clear before the day of the performance.
You set the price.
Each artist or project decides their conditions based on format, duration, type of event, and needs of each proposal. At NEXAM, we respect this criterion and structure the process so the price is clear before confirming any performance.
Yes. Payment is based on a previously closed and documented agreement.
Having all conditions defined before the performance provides security for both the artist and the organizer and helps avoid misunderstandings.
Financial conditions are defined when closing each performance.
They include the agreed price, payment terms, and, if applicable, the deposit required to confirm the booking. This deposit is formalized through an invoice issued by the artist and is considered a payment on account of the total.
The remaining payment is made once the performance has taken place, according to the conditions agreed between the parties.
Full conditions can be consulted on the Terms and Conditions page.
Yes. Each performance is based on an agreement between the artist and the organizer.
This agreement collects the agreed conditions—such as date, schedules, format, price, and technical needs—so everything is clear before the day of the performance.
Yes. At NEXAM, we centralize the roadmap for each performance.
This document collects all key information so artists and organizers have a clear and shared reference.
The technical rider is part of the performance documentation.
It is included with the necessary information so technical needs are clear and well coordinated in advance.
Before the performance, you have access to all key information: schedules, location, contacts, agreed conditions, and technical aspects.
Everything is collected in the performance documentation and the roadmap so there are no doubts on the day of the show.
