ABOUT NEXAM

The organizer and the artist directly define all the details of the performance.
At NEXAM, we take care of shaping this agreement: we generate the contract, organize the information, and create the roadmap so everything is clear, closed, and without room for misunderstandings before the day of the show.

NEXAM is the structure of the process. We connect organizers and artists and establish a clear framework so the booking progresses in an organized and consistent way.
Once the agreement is closed, at NEXAM we generate the contract, organize all relevant information, and prepare the performance roadmap so everything agreed is properly documented and easy to follow.

Yes. At NEXAM, contact is direct with the artist or their manager from the very beginning.
This allows you to clearly explain the event, speak with the person who will actually perform, and adjust details efficiently.

Coordination is done directly with the artist: schedules, setup, space, technical needs, and any important detail.
At NEXAM, we collect all this information and document it so that on the day of the performance everything follows the agreed roadmap.

Behind NEXAM there is a human team with decades of experience in managing shows and events.
We understand the industry, real timelines, and critical points in a booking process. The platform structures the process, but the judgement and follow-up are human.

Yes. You can contact us directly at hola@nexam.cat or through the website form.
We'll be happy to help you before you take the next step.

SEARCH AND DECISION

Our catalog guides you to find the ideal artist with clarity and confidence.
At NEXAM, we structure the information so you can compare formats, understand what each proposal offers, and choose the one that best fits your event, your audience, and the moment.

NEXAM provides tools designed to help you find the artist that best matches your event.
On one hand, you can use catalog filters to narrow options by type of show, genre, location, and budget. On the other hand, NEXAM includes an AI Assistant that generates proposals tailored to your preferences and event characteristics.
And if needed, you can also contact us directly—behind NEXAM there is a team with decades of experience in event management that can help guide your decision in specific cases.

Yes. You can contact multiple artists, talk to them, and compare proposals before confirming any booking.
The decision is made once you have all options clearly defined.

At NEXAM, we review projects before they become part of the catalog.
This review aims to ensure that proposals are real, active, and have the necessary information to be evaluated within the platform.
NEXAM does not act as a representative or make artistic selections; rather, it organizes and structures the catalog so organizers can compare options clearly.

Projects included in NEXAM have gone through a prior review process and are presented with structured information to facilitate their evaluation.
From there, the final decision always rests with the organizer, who can compare options, speak directly with artists, and choose the proposal that best fits their event.

CONTACT AND PROCESS

Yes. You can talk to as many artists as you need before deciding.
The booking is only confirmed once you are sure which option is best for your event.

First, you contact the artist and define all performance details: format, conditions, needs, and price.
Once the agreement is closed, at NEXAM we structure all the information, collect the agreed conditions, and document the performance framework so everything is clear before booking.

The booking is considered confirmed when the artist accepts the proposal through the platform and, where applicable, the organizer has formalized the corresponding deposit.
From that moment, the booking is registered with all agreed conditions and the date is considered blocked for that event.

Yes. The performance conditions are collected and documented within the booking: date, schedule, format, price, payment, and technical requirements.
This agreement establishes the booking framework between the parties, with all necessary information so the performance develops according to what has been agreed.

Yes. Details can be adjusted during the conversation phase before confirming the booking.
Once the agreement is closed, any changes must be renegotiated between the parties.

PRICE, BUDGET AND PAYMENTS

The price of performances is set by each artist or project, depending on the performance format, duration, schedule, travel, and technical needs.

Prices may be adjusted if the specific characteristics of the event change.
Any adjustment is discussed with the artist and finalized before confirming the booking.

No. Booking through NEXAM does not increase the price for the organizer.
The amount you pay is the one agreed with the artist.

No. Using NEXAM to search, compare, and contact artists is free for organizers.

The booking is confirmed when the artist accepts the proposal and, where applicable, the agreed deposit has been paid.
The remaining payment is made according to the conditions agreed between the organizer and the artist, usually once the performance has taken place.

In most cases, a deposit is required to confirm the booking.
This deposit is a percentage of the total performance price and is formalized through an invoice issued by the artist. The amount paid is considered a payment on account and is deducted from the final payment.
A deposit will not be required when the organizer is a public administration, a public foundation, an entity, a public law corporation, or a non-profit association.

Payment for the performance is made directly between the organizer and the artist, according to the conditions agreed during the booking process.
In cases where a deposit is required, the artist issues an invoice to the organizer for the corresponding amount, which must be paid to confirm the booking. This amount is deducted from the final total.
The remaining payment is made according to what has been agreed between the parties, usually after the performance or within previously agreed terms.

LOGISTICS AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS

Each project indicates on its profile what is included technically in the performance.
Before confirming the booking, it is clear whether the artist provides sound and lighting equipment, whether it needs to be supplemented, or whether the organizer must provide certain elements. The technical rider of the show is provided as part of the documentation and is included in the agreement and roadmap.

To ensure the performance runs smoothly, basic venue information is required: location, type of stage or surface, power points, access, and schedules.
This information is included in the roadmap.

Not all shows require a traditional stage.
During the conversation process, the organizer can share the venue characteristics and the artist assesses whether the format can adapt to it or if adjustments are needed.
Before confirming the booking, all these conditions are made clear and included in the roadmap.

At NEXAM, we centralize all key performance information in a single document: the roadmap.
This document serves as a reference for both the organizer and the artist.

Yes. Adaptations to format, duration, or content are agreed with the artist before confirming the booking and are included in the roadmap.

WHY NEXAM?

Because it allows you to find artists with clear criteria, communicate directly with them, and close a booking with all conditions clearly defined, documented, and centralized in one place.

Yes. NEXAM is designed to adapt to different event sizes and types.
